Damaged or Defective Items

We will only provide replacements, subject to approval.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any reason other than approved damaged or defective items.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Return Process
All returns must be authorised prior to being sent back.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or processed.
