Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by delays outside of our control.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched, where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Delays, Lost, or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to Royal Mail, we are not responsible for delivery delays. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel needs to be resent.
